MULTICRACKER® MC370 – Powerful grinding machine for high throughputs

The MULTICRACKER® MC370 is designed for industrial grinding tasks with high throughput requirements. With a capacity of up to 30 tons per hour, the MC370 combines high production capacity with the typical advantages of the MULTICRACKER® wedge disc principle: energy-efficient and gentle grinding, homogeneous ground material, and a compact design.

The MC370 is primarily used in feed mills and for the industrial processing of agricultural raw materials. Furthermore, its wide range of applications allows for use in selected tasks within the food, beverage, and process industries.

High performance for industrial production processes

With two drives of 18.5 kW each, the MC370 achieves throughput rates of up to 30 t/h, depending on the raw material and the desired degree of grinding. This makes it particularly suitable for production plants where large quantities of material must be processed continuously and reliably.

The range of applications extends from grain, legumes, and seeds to oil extraction meals and numerous other bulk materials. Herbs, tea, and selected precursors for chemical and pharmaceutical applications can also be processed with the MC370.

By selecting the appropriate cracker disc profile and precisely setting the grinding gap, the grinding result can be specifically tailored to the raw material and application.

Long service life and easy maintenance

The profiled cracker discs of the MC370 can be resharpened up to three times and then continue to be used. This extends the service life of the grinding tools, reduces material usage, and keeps wear costs low during ongoing operation.

The complete cracker unit can be changed quickly and easily. While the operator continues production with a replacement unit, the removed cracker unit can be professionally maintained at MAKOBA, and the cracker discs can be resharpened or replaced as needed.

After servicing, the refurbished unit is available again for the next changeover. This service concept enables predictable maintenance work and helps to reduce production-related downtimes.

For different raw materials and grinding tasks, the proven cracker disc profiles coarse, medium and fine are available, as well as specially adapted grinding profiles if required.

Tailored to your grinding task

The MC370 features a motorized, stepless grinding gap adjustment as standard. This allows the grinding result to be precisely matched to the respective raw material and the desired final grain size. Together with the appropriate cracker disc profile, this creates a powerful grinding solution for a wide variety of industrial applications.

For special requirements, the MC370 is optionally available with a heavy parts separator. If multi-stage grinding is required, the machine can also be used as a TWIN version with two coordinated grinding stages.
