MULTICRACKER® MC300 – The all-rounder for versatile grinding tasks

The MULTICRACKER® MC300 is our versatile all-rounder for applications with medium capacity requirements. With a throughput of up to 24 tonnes per hour, the MC300 combines a compact design with the typical advantages of the MULTICRACKER® wedge-disc principle: energy-efficient, gentle grinding and a homogeneous ground product with a low proportion of fines.

The MC300 is particularly suitable for feed production and the processing of agricultural raw materials. Its broad range of applications also makes it an attractive solution for selected tasks in the food, beverage and process industries.

Versatile performance for medium production capacities

With two drives of 15 kW each, the MC300 achieves throughput rates of up to 24 t/h, depending on the raw material and the desired degree of grinding. This provides an attractive combination of production output, compact design and versatile application options.

The range of applications extends from cereals, pulses and seeds to oil extraction meals, as well as herbs, tea and other bulk materials. The MC300 can also be used for selected intermediate products in chemical and pharmaceutical processes.

Thanks to its balanced performance class and various configuration options, the MC300 can be used for a wide range of production tasks.

Long service life and easy maintenance

The profiled cracker discs of the MC300 can be resharpened up to three times and then reused. This extends the service life of the grinding tools, reduces material consumption and keeps wear costs low during ongoing operation.

The MC300 is also designed for high system availability during maintenance. The complete cracker unit can be replaced quickly and easily. While the operator continues production with a spare unit, the removed cracker unit can be professionally serviced at MAKOBA, and the cracker discs can be resharpened or replaced as required.

After servicing, the overhauled unit is available again for the next changeover. This makes maintenance work predictable and reduces production-related downtime.

For different raw materials and grinding tasks, the proven cracker disc profiles coarse, medium and fine are available, as well as specially adapted grinding profiles if required.

Flexibly tailored to your grinding task

The grinding gap of the MC300 can be adjusted manually and continuously even in the standard version. This allows the grinding result to be precisely matched to the respective raw material and the desired final particle size.

For production processes in which the grinding gap needs to be changed more frequently or adjusted automatically, an optional motor-driven, continuous grinding gap adjustment is available. Together with different cracker disc profiles and other available equipment options, the MC300 can be flexibly adapted to various process requirements.

For special applications, a heavy-particle separator and a TWIN version for two-stage grinding, among other options, are available.
