MULTICRACKER® MC11 – Dust-Tight Grinding Machine for Automated Systems

The MULTICRACKER® MC11 is a compact grinding machine for automated production systems with continuous product feed and discharge. With a throughput of up to 8 tons per hour, two separate drives, and a completely dust-tight cracker unit, it is particularly suitable for processes that require both a homogeneous grinding result and a closed product flow.

In addition to the standard version, the MC11 is available as a full stainless steel version MC11-ES, offering additional options for applications with increased requirements for material specification and hygiene.

Proven Technology for Continuous Production Processes

With two drives of 5.5 kW each, the MC11 achieves throughput rates of up to 8 t/h – depending on the raw material and desired degree of grinding. The compact machine is designed for integration into automated systems and combines robust industrial construction with comparatively low space requirements.

The grinding gap can be manually and infinitely adjusted as standard. A digital display enables precise monitoring of the set position.

Dust-Tight Cracker Unit and Easy Service

The cracker discs of the MC11 are arranged in a completely dust-tight cracker unit. This supports clean and closed product flow and expands the machine’s application possibilities, particularly under more demanding production conditions.

For maintenance work, the complete cracker unit can be changed quickly and easily. While the operator continues production with a replacement unit, the removed unit can be professionally serviced at MAKOBA and equipped with new cracker discs if required. After service, the refurbished unit is ready for the next change.

The cracker discs of the MC11 are not resharpenable. For different raw materials and grinding tasks, the proven profiles coarse, medium, and fine are available.

For Special Process Requirements

A particular strength of the MC11 is the available full stainless steel version MC11-ES. It expands the machine’s application possibilities, particularly for production environments with increased requirements for material specification and hygiene.

Optionally, a motorized, infinitely variable grinding gap adjustment is also available. This allows the MC11 to be specifically adapted to the requirements of automated production processes.
